By using the Bahiskolik platform, you accept these Terms of Service. These terms cover all our services including account creation, deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals. Bahiskolik reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
2. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each player may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts may result in closure of all accounts and freezing of funds. Information provided during registration must be accurate and current.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. Bahiskolik may request identity verification for security purposes. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-48 hours depending on verification. Transactions may be suspended in case of money laundering suspicion.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Bahiskolik reserves the right to revoke bonuses if abuse is detected. Bonus rules may vary per promotion.
5. Responsible Gambling
Bahiskolik supports responsible gambling. Players can set deposit and loss limits on their accounts. If you suspect gambling addiction, you may request temporary or permanent account closure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and software on the Bahiskolik platform are the property of Bahiskolik. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bahiskolik shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from platform interruptions, technical errors, or issues caused by third-party service providers. Maximum liability is limited to the amount of the affected transaction.
8. Account Termination
Bahiskolik reserves the right to close accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. In case of account closure, legitimate funds will be returned to the relevant payment method.
9. Governing Law
These terms are subject to applicable laws. In case of any dispute, the competent courts shall be accepted as the resolution authority.
